A preorder allows you to reserve new products before they are available for regular sale. By preordering items from PacMotor LLC, you are securing your purchase of our latest offerings ahead of their arrival, which is why we are offering discounted prices; it's a win-win.

Expected Shipping Date

  • Estimated Shipping Start Date: Please note that the expected start date for shipping preordered items is approximately early August 2026, days after the order. This date is an estimate, reflecting our current production schedule and the time needed to ensure the highest quality of our products. Once shipping starts, it will take about 2-5 days to ship to the customer.

Why the Wait?

Placing a preorder will secure your place in line and reserve a motor in conditions of high demand. The gap between placing a preorder and the shipping date allows us to finalize production based on the number of orders, allocate the required funds, and ensure that we produce the correct quantity of products.

Shipping Process and Timeline

  • After Production: Once production is completed, preordered items will be prepared for shipping. We prioritize the quality of our products and packaging to ensure that your items reach you in perfect condition.
  • Shipping Notification: As soon as your preorder ships, you will receive an email notification with tracking information, allowing you to monitor your package's journey to your doorstep.

Changes and Cancellations

  • Cancellations: We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your preorder, please review our cancellation policy for more information.

  • Refund Policy is a 10-day window after the motor is received by the customer
