PacMotor GPS - Preorder

We have two and just ordered another one. After initial setup, you can take off and reinstall in 5 minutes or less. Variable speed with a handheld controller (Bluetooth). We have Crescent kayaks, which are kind of heavy. The PacMotor pushes it well, even full of gear. It’s not super fast, but very maneuverable. We purchased the combo package. The included battery has held up very well. The PacMotor has “cruise”, but if you have a cross wind, it will not keep the heading you are on. That’s one feature I wish they would add. That’s really the only complaint. Little expensive, but it is well built and has held up well for us. Zero issues.

We used them on a windy day and cruised around on and off a few hours. We had 30-40% left when we got back to the truck. Since it’s just a kayak, if the battery ever died, we could just paddle back. I’m 6’2’’, 240 and it’s on a heavier kayak. It has done better than expected with it being a 12v battery.

Installation was a breeze.

Everything seems to be working. Hooked it up to the battery motor came right on as well as the remote.

I’ve been fishing three times since I got the PacMotor. So far everything‘s seems to be working great.

I like the fact that the PacMotor is really easy to set up and take down.

This thing is SUCH a Blessing when the wind picks up or when Fighting a fish... Love mine!!!

PacMotor has completely transformed my kayaking experience!

This compact, lightweight motor is easy to install on my kayak and effortlessly connects to my battery with the quick disconnects.

I use PacMotor on my Perception Outlaw which is not a lightweight kayak and has more than enough power.

The joystick remote is PERFECT to move my kayak in all directions! Pac Motor is great for a leisure outing and makes fishing on a kayak especially nice being able to make small adjustments to the direction my kayak is pointing using the remote.

It is convenient that I can bring the propellers on each side up while sitting in my kayak when approaching shallower water.

It also has cruise control, an amazing feature.

The owner has been very responsive and helpful with my email inquiries regarding shipping or questions about the motor which is much appreciated.

I run the PacMotor on a Jackson Mayfly while standing on a 35qt cooler as a casting platform targeting redfish on a fly rod.
I am now free from a paddle during those intense short windows of getting off a shot in front of a fish.

The PacMotor is incredible. Its responsive, the battery lasts a surprisingly long time, and it's incredibly easy to install as well as light and low profile. Often times I place the PacMotor in full throttle going forward and use the paddle to add extra push and steer and can actually run pretty quickly from spot to spot allowing me to cover more ground and increase my chances of finding fish.

Matt, the inventor, is extremely helpful. He's taken care of me since the very minute I placed my pre-order last year. He's helped me from anything from getting me spare parts on order to making suggestions on setup and use.

I definitely recommend pacmotor if you're big into fishing or just want to cruise around in the water. The directional control is where it beats the competition. Making a quick adjustment is very easy to do with the provided remote. My kayak is super heavy due to all of the gear I have and today I pulled a buddy of mine to a fishing spot we go to. Pacmotor got the job done even with all of the weight and water resistance. I would like to also mention that this is a newer company so for everyone that has pre-ordered the product, please be patient. Matt will not leave you hanging. It's worth the wait. Starting a business is not easy and it comes with a lot of steps and hard work. Overall, it's a 10/10
