What it is
PacMotor maintenance and service. We use this for any repairs or upgrades needed with your PacMotor. We will honor any PacMotor sale with this low-cost maintenance or service to fix your PacMotor. We stand behind our product and ensure you stay running on the water and having fun! When purchased, we will send a pre-paid shipping label via email, and you will send us your PacMotor and Remote. Once received, we will repair it in 1-2 business days and ship the unit directly back to you.

Before you order
A prepaid label both ways, a full inspection to find the root cause, and whatever parts and labour the repair needs. The unit is tested before it ships back.
Nothing more to pay. On an approved warranty repair you are not charged the difference.
Email support@pacmotor.com and buy the plan. We send the label; box the motor and drop it at the carrier.
This is the warranty. For a year after delivery the $55 Service Plan is how an electrical or mechanical fault gets fixed, and each plan covers one repair.
